Community Policy
Please read the following carefully and assess your activity and adherence accordingly, as we are strict about our rules regarding Content, and any violation may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account. “Content” includes anything that can be seen, heard, and/or referenced in any broadcast or broadcast title, any text or images posted to any Comments section, and any information posted or contained in any profile in connection with BARE LIVE.
BARE LIVE strives to maintain a fun, healthy, and safe community for all our users. In order to preserve our mission, we have developed a set of community guidelines (“Guidelines”), which we take very seriously. In fact, we have a zero-tolerance policy, and we have the right, in our sole discretion, to remove any Content and/or suspend or terminate any offending user account if we find that any of the following violations of our Guidelines has occurred:

Serious Violations
1. Publication of anti-state and anti-government remarks or behavior insulting the government and state is strictly prohibited.
1.1 Endangering state security, divulging state secrets, subverting state power, and undermining national unity.
1.2 Harming national honor and interests.
1.3 Inciting ethnic hatred or ethnic discrimination, or undermining national unity.
1.4 Undermining national religion policy, damaging social order and peace and personal morality
1.5 Spreading violence, terror, or abetting the commission of crimes.
1.6 Organizing unlawful assembly, mobbing, or disturbing social order.
1.7 Inciting religious and racial discrimination.
2. Broadcasting live streaming involving sexual behavior, health-threatening content, pornographic content, sensitive political issues, copyright infringement, or videos and prostitution advertisements is prohibited.
3. Displaying sexual organs or other private body parts is strictly prohibited, e.g. touching sensitive parts, displaying female breasts, hips, inner thighs, and genitalia of female, wearing see-through clothes, etc.
4. Broadcasting gambling is strictly prohibited, gambling lives streaming or inciting others to gamble.
5. Broadcasting drug distribution is strictly prohibited, e.g., displaying drug samples or relevant performance, drug-taking, injection, or interpretation of drug-making procedure.
6. Privacy infringement, harming others’ security, endangering public interests, invading others’ safety, and cruelty to animals are strictly prohibited.
7. Other behavior involving pornography (e.g. moaning), politics, gambling, or drug is strictly prohibited.
8. Publicizing competing products, poaching, unlawful dealing of coins or candy, and fraud are strictly prohibited.
9. Broadcasting speech involving terrorism, extremism, war, and religious violations is not allowed.
10. Promotion of sexual toys, aphrodisiacs, or posting misleading part-time job recruitment information is strictly prohibited.
General violations
1. The Dress Code for Hosts: Hosts should wear appropriately. Wearing no clothing or sexually suggestive clothing is prohibited.
1.1 Tops: Underwear outside is prohibited.
1.2 Bottoms: The hem of your skirt or shorts should not be above your hip.
1.3 Men are not allowed to be bare-chested.
1.4 Showing a bra or underpants is prohibited.
1.5 Women are strictly forbidden to expose deep cleavage.
Skimpy outfits, see-through looks, flesh tights, fishnet stockings, garters, thongs, panties, briefs, low-waist shorts, or any clothes with sexually suggestive meaning in text or graphs are not allowed.
2. Rules of Conduct:
2.1 All behavior while drinking or after drinking is prohibited.
2.2 Smoking or drinking is not allowed.
2.3 Any other indecent performance, sexually suggestive acts, and voices are prohibited.
3. Rules of Speech:
3.1 Defamation, abuse, or verbal attack is prohibited.
3.2 Harassment or molestation is prohibited.
3.3 Any content or activity involving pornography, or sexual content to foster an indecent atmosphere is prohibited.
3.4 Distributing unauthorized advertisements against state laws and BARE LIVE policies or illegal advertisements is prohibited. illegal advertisements like adult products, guns, sabers, crossbows, porn, care products, cigarettes, aphrodisiacs, and venereal diseases treatment.
